I'm a long time purchaser and enjoy many of your products. My favorite has always been your milk chocolate squares. It was hard for me to be without them for the months you were changing packaging (I'm experiencing the same thing with your chocolate syrup right now) so was quite happy when they became available again.

I'm just wondering if you changed more than the packaging, however, as my recent purchase doesn't taste quite the same. It doesn't seem to have the same 'melt in your mouth' quality (seems a little waxier?) nor quite the same richness of flavor.

Also, you folks have done such a wonderful job developing products that support a healthier lifestyle. I would really like to see you couple that with packaging that supports a healthier planet, too. It would be much healthier for us all if you could offer this product as a bar in foil and paperboard like other chocolate bars on the market so that the entire product can be readily consumed/recycled.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have the quite the same experience with your chocolates, but I also want to let you know that our recipe hasn't changed either. From the sounds of it, your chocolates could've possibly melted while in-transit and might've given you a different taste than what you were expecting this time around. I also wanted to mention, shipping fragile products in the mail means the package needs to be robust enough to prevent any damage however we've recently updated our packaging from bags to recyclable boxes that are more eco friendly, as the plastic inside is able to be recycled (with the exception of the film that adds an extra layer of protection to keep your chocolate sealed). I’m usually a dark chocolate eater but this stuff is amazing!

I normally prefer dark chocolate but with this brand I have no preference. The chocolate is rich, creamy, and smooth- no mealy mouth feel a lot of sugar free chocolates have and with no sugar alcohols you don’t have to worry that your eating exlax instead!
