Our Return Policy

We will always make any purchase right with store credit and/or a refund. To begin, email support@choczero.com with the following information so we can help as efficiently as possible:

  1. Your order has to be made within the last 60 days
  2. A valid order number from www.choczero.com
  3. A description of the issue (including photos if product is damaged or melted)

This way, we can offer you best-in-class treats and sweets as well as customer service with all the details we need.

Happiness Terms of Service

ChocZero reserves the right to verify information, ask for proof of purchase, and deny requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the policy.

In the case of customer error with wrong items ordered and/or incorrect shipping addresses, please be advised we may be unable to help if you reach out: once our factory warehouse begins processing an order, we cannot make changes. While we will do our very best to figure out an amicable solution for both parties, to avoid any issues, please double check your mailing address as well as the contents of your order right after you place it then email within the first four hours of your purchase with any corrections.
