  • 1 lb pork belly, rinsed and patted dry
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2-4 tbsp sugar free maple syrup


  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for around 4 minutes.
  2. Cut pork belly into ½ inch chunks and place into a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle all seasonings into bowl and toss until pork is coated evenly.
  4. Air Fryer: Add pork belly to air fryer tray or basket in an even layer. Air fry at 400°F for 6-8 minutes. Cooking time can vary depending on size of pork bites.

    Oven: Place pork belly evenly on a wire rack placed over a sheet pan or drip catch lined with aluminum foil. Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes. Cooking time can vary depending on size of pork bites.
  5. Place cooked pork bites into a bowl and pour sugar free maple syrup over them. Toss until pork is evenly coated.
