Not a fan of dark chocolate cocoa

I love milk chocolate hot cocoa. But this is dark dark chocolate and doesn’t mix well. Just not a fan.

Sorry the hot cocoa didn't match your expectations! It's a dairy free product but you can try mixing it with milk instead of water for best results. Also using a milk frother helps with mixing the powder easily; even the sugar filled cocoa powder tends to clump. So disappointed

The previous winter season I bought the hot chocolate in the canister. It has a great taste, not too thick and delicious. This winter season the manufacture must have changed the recipe. This season the recipe included way too much thickener. It ruined the consistency and had that thickener taste. I was so sad! I purchased, I think, 9 boxes just to make sure I had enough to make it through the holidays and to take camping during the summer. I ended up throwing it all out, couldn't stand it!

We wanted to let you know that the hot cocoa in cannister that we've had in the past was milk chocolate hot cocoa, and our classic hot cocoa is a different product that is dairy free. It sounds like you prefer creamier hot cocoa, in which case we'd recommend doctoring our classic hot cocoa with milk instead of water and a piece of our chocolate. I was looking for a hot chocolate zero sugar that would go so good with my ice coffee! this was was it! . it taste so good

Tasty

This hot chocolate taste so good. You can have it as one serving or make two servings out of one packet, depending on the strength you like put some spray cream on top the best ever.

Not for me

Of all the ChocZero products I've tried this is my least favorite. It doesn't dissolve well in water or milk even if you reheat the mug after the first attempt. It does have a strong chocolate flavor which wasn't that appealing to me. It tastes kind of like unsweetened chocolate powder. The product does mention ways to improve the taste but I was looking for better results straight from the packet. Others have mentioned using it for baking or coffee which might be work for you but that wasn't my reason to purchase this product.

Love This Hot Cocoa Mix

Aside from drinking it during cold weather, I use the powder for making chocolate avocado pudding and any baked desserts that call for cocoa. I use it because Monk Fruit has been added, which is the perfect amount of sweetness for my recipes.
