Yes, they roast and melt just like the real thing! The only thing different about our zero sugar marshmallows are that when they go stale, they will get denser than other products. For this reason, we suggest using them 30 days after opening and keeping them in an air-tight container for storage.

I am impressed!! These marshmallows have an excellent texture and consistency, they taste even better than the store bought sugary brands and are a perfect addition to hot chocolate and even turned out perfect roasted over a fire!! They come in 3 individual packages so they don't all become exposed to air when you open the box they come in

Choc Zero makes many excellent sweet treats, but being a lover of marshmallows and missing them (so much) after going sugar-free 5 years ago, I’m beyond happy to have discovered this product. They taste just like the sugar version of marshmallows! You can even roast them just like regular sugar filled marshmallows. I’m so impressed with the flavor and texture. Just buy them

I never thought I'd get to have marshmallows again.There is absolutely nothing wrong with them other than that I eat too many. These are delicious plain or with a square of chocolate or in making stores. I buy them two boxes at a time. Excellent. Remember to place the opened bag in a ziploc bag.To maintain their freshness.They dry out quickly but will not once inside a ziploc.
