Yes, they roast and melt just like the real thing! The only thing different about our zero sugar marshmallows are that when they go stale, they will get denser than other products. For this reason, we suggest using them 30 days after opening and keeping them in an air-tight container for storage.

Made rice krispy treats with these & oh boy, they disappeared same day.
Fantastic to be able to make a rice kriswpy treat that does not raise my hubby's glycemic index.
They are a bit pricey, but for the health benefits and a sweet treat, very well worth it.

Have ordered these a few times and these last one's tasted different. There was this aftertaste that was different from the prior orders. Something was off about them.
