Yes, they roast and melt just like the real thing! The only thing different about our zero sugar marshmallows are that when they go stale, they will get denser than other products. For this reason, we suggest using them 30 days after opening and keeping them in an air-tight container for storage.

So tasty and satisfying. I make Rice Krispie treats. I also just snack on them right out of the bag . I have noticed if I overindulge there is some gastric repercussions, but totally worth it!

Great Taste However..

I love the marshmallows as far as taste and texture BUT I guess Monk Fruit doesn't like me as it gave me stomach pain and gas for a day. Had to get rid of the left overs. I'm guessing it was too concentrated in marshmallow form because I can eat the chocolate chips without that strong of a reaction.

Hi there! I'm so sorry to hear that the marshmallows gave you stomach issues. These do have a higher amount of fiber in them compared to our other treats, so there's a good chance that might be causing the problems here. In this case, we'd suggest eating the marshmallows in smaller quantities to start with. The good news is the more fiber you consume over time your body will accept more. It's ed to eat 40g of fiber per day but the average person only eats about 10g. However, if you're still having issues afterwards, then you can always reach out to our support team for further assistance on this issue. Take care!

We’ve tried other marshmallows and they didn’t melt right but these are perfect for rice, crispy treats or on top of hot chocolate
