Dreamy on ice cream!!!

I'm not a fan of mint in coffee in general but its heavenly drizzled over keto ice cream! So much more refreshing than plain ice cream. If anyone can suggest other uses I'd gladly try them!

Yes, this is a strong flavor, so a little goes a long way, but the refreshing taste is just so satisfying. I use this not only in coffee, but my keto baking goods as well.
