Kids love!

I use these as a replacement for all my kids breakfast items that call for chocolate chips. They were so excited to get so many chips with their breakfast, not knowing they were not filled with sugar! I love that they have a high fiber content to them as well!

Not only am I impressed with these little gems, I was also impressed with how quickly my order was shipped and arrived. I absolutely love these white baking chips! However, I have to admit that I don't use them for baking....I use them as little 'candy chips', and have a few when I'd like a little treat. Is it difficult to stop? Yep, you bet! Even though a reviewer wrote that the texture was somewhat waxen, I found the texture to be totally smooth. However, I do believe that the texture changes when exposed to heat (I believe to remember that from a long time ago, when I used ChocZero chips for baking cookies). But since I now eat them as is only, I am perfectly satisfied with the texture and taste.

Great flavor

Great texture and flavor. I left the bag on my dining room table in the sun. And I did get some melting, but that was my fault! I broke them apart and baked with them. I appreciate how they were protected when shipped.

These chips melt perfectly and are really delicious.

I melt these for 20 seconds in the microwave then mix in mixed nuts, spread on parchment paper and put in freezer till firm. Then I break them up and put them in a baggie to eat a chunk at a time .

Always delicious. Use them to mix in my cookies and anything else that calls for chocolates. The best and I've tried other sugar free chocolates. You're are the best by far.
