I have been with this company almost from the very beginning. Their white chocolate chips were delicious, I used them in my coffee but now they've changed the formula. They're not white anymore, they have a slightly yellow tinge and they don't taste like white chocolate, I'm very disappointed. So many companies because of high prices are changing their products and giving you less product but charging you more money. The quality no longer justifies the high price.

We want to reassure you that we have not changed the recipe and whilst it is true that the cost of ingredients have risen sharply, we would never compromise on the quality of our ingredients or the taste of the product. The yellow is actually our cocoa butter. Other companies use milk and sugar to make white chocolate, but we use natural cocoa butter which can turn yellowish. Our chips also still come in the 20oz bags. All that said, we’d like to look into this further so please get in contact with support. Thank you!

These chip are really good. The taste is great but they are a little sticky. They melt differently.

I add these to nuts and dried cranberries to make trail mix. The flavor of the chips is very good but they are a bit pricey.

I used to be addicted to eating by the handful but the last order was different. Something changed about the white chocolate chips they are not as delicious as they used to be although when used in cookies they are still good. Kinda thankful they are not as good cuz I was spending too much money on what was my favorite treat and no longer crave handfuls of white chocolate chips
