If the truffles get a little arm in transit sometimes the hazelnuts can sink into the outer layer a little. They are still there and as you mentioned the taste will be the same however they may looking a little smoother than the picture. Thanks so much

False advertising picture. Nothing similar to ferrero rocher. No crushed hazelnuts on the outside chocolate, no wafer inside, and no chocolate ganache on the inside either. It’s kind of like a marzipan in the middle with a whole hazelnut. Really terrible to bait and switch with a completely different product.

Hey there! Sorry to hear the Royal Truffles left you disappointed. We do have chopped hazelnuts in the truffles, however if they melt a little in transit, they can sometimes sink into the chocolate and become less visible making the truffle appear smoother. The inside is filled with a wafer cookie cream, which are the wafers blended into a spread or cream. The next layer is not a marzipan, but a hazelnut chocolate ganache. We never set out to make it a 1:1 Ferrero Rocher, just our own version of a hazelnut truffle. Still, I'm sad to hear you didn't enjoy the product and we'll be in touch to make it right for you soon!
