Our sons and I melt these chips with raw organic coconut oil to make scrumptious chocolate-mint candy! We mix this in candy molds with either melted ChocZero white chocolate, milk chocolate, and/or dark chocolate. So easy and good! They and our daughters-in-law all love this candy! Honestly, I would also like to bake with these chips, but there’s never any left over to do that!
