Amazing mint chips to simply snack on!

These mint baking chips won't be joining any cookie dough as I just want to eat them as a decadent treat straight out of the bag! They are so delicious and I love treating myself to a small handful of these after dinner. I feel like I'm eating a piece of chocolate. I also appreciate the care that was taken to ship these to me including a few other goodies. They came in a cute little bag with some cold pacs as well, ensuring my chocolate was well protected.

Perfect after dinner snack! Great for baking too but i love just a small handful when I'm finished with a meal the blend of sweet and mint are good and unlike sugared mint chocolate these don't give you that gross "I need to brush my teeth now" feeling. Only mint chocolates I like.

I love eating these with the dark chocolate chips. I want to melt them and try to make a Andes Mint copy cat but I just keep shoving them in my face lol
