I use this to boost my family's fiber intake in all sorts of baked goods or just drizzled atop things that could use a sweetness boost! I admit it doesn't exactly taste as honey does, but it's a fair substitute for those of us watching our sugar intake but still don't want to feel left out. Great product overall and one I always keep in my cabinet.

That's why it's called a honey substitute, and we make sure to show that on the product page and the packaging. Traditional honey is rich in natural sugar which makes it not low glycemic, not keto friendly and is considered a carb since it's a mix of simple sugars.
