A good substitute for the cookies in the blue tin.

I love the Danish cookies and these are a good substitute. They have a slight coconut flavor, a nice crisp, and a slight buttery undertone. The only reason I marked them down a point was because 1/2 the box of cookies were broken, but they were still yummy.

If you've got a have a sugar cookie but are on a low carb diet these fit the bill.
I'm currently trying to make a cookie crust out of them but can't figure out how many net carbs are in a serving of 4 cookies. Can anyone answer this? I believe it's 1 net carbs per cookie but trying to figure out what to subtract from the fiber and sugar alcohol info is so confusing. (I know there are no sugar alcohols in choczero products)

Great taste!

I got these for my mom and she loved them. These cookies are diabetic friendly and taste great. The texture is not quite the same as traditional butter cookies (slightly more grainy), but my mom and I didn't mind.

We can enjoy a Christmas tradition again.
