Absolutely delicious. I love them by themselves, but I love to crumble them on top of my sugar-free gluten-free low-carb ice cream as a topping.

My husband and I both love these cookies. The taste kind of takes me back to ginger snap cookies from when I was a kid and my grand dad would buy them for us. I can’t hardly tolerate the sugar anymore so I am so glad these don’t have it in there.

While I'm not a fan of Dunkies, I DO really like the Speculoos Cookies, Butter Cookies and most of all Jolies to eat as an occasional treat. I can see crushing the speculoos or butter cookies to make a crumb crust for desserts such as keto cheesecake, keto key lime pie or any variety of keto cream pies or as topping for individual dessert cups

These cookies are wonderful! I did remove one star because I’ve ordered them twice now and both times most of the cookies have been broken. It’s not a big deal when I’m using them to make a sugar-free graham cracker crust, but when I want to eat them as cookies with my tea, it’s annoying that each cookie has broken during shipping and I’m having to pull 10 small shards out of the package.
