Just like windmill cookies

Windmill cookies were one of my favorite growing up. These are just like them. A little thicker. But it holds up well to hot tea or a little cinnabun spread!

These are incredibly good! Eat them as cookies either milk, put a spread in them or use them as a crust for a pie or cheesecake by crumbling them and adding butter then firming into a pie pan or springform. These are amazing and such a treat for a Celiac or someone on a Keto or low to no sugar diet!! Keep making them!!!!

I adore Biscoffs but have to be sugar free for health reason, and these are the most amazing copycat! I love how many come in a pack too (3 cookies per sleeve), and end up only pulling half out because they’re just perfect to satisfy that craving.
