As a huge Peppermint Lover...

I was really disappointed with this product. As someone who loves anything peppermint-flavored, I had high hopes after being so impressed by the Hazelnut version. Sadly, the Peppermint tasted artificial, and the flavor was too weak. I had planned to use it in my fall/winter drinks, but I’ll be throwing the bottle away.
The taste is unpleasant, and I don’t want to try it again. I'm really sad it didn’t live up to the quality of the Hazelnut flavor.

Peppermint Coffee syrup

I was surprised how little peppermint flavor is in this syrup. I just use it to sweeten whatever I am eating that needs a sweet flavor. The almost complete lack of peppermint flavor makes it more versatile but does not fulfill its original purpose. I was thinking of adding peppermint extract to it if I really wanted the peppermint flavor. I got it as a set of flavors on sale so I did not choose it specifically.

Not the same

I’m not sure if the recipe was changed but I have been using this for awhile now (and LOVE it) but my new bottle did NOT taste the same. It tasted like a menthol cough drop. Drank one sip of my peppermint mocha and felt like I was drinking Vicks.

Was the recipe changed?

I used to love this syrup! I used to put it in my coffee and hot cocoas. But the second bottle I ordered tastes completely different, it is VERY strong in mint flavor, so much so that just a few drops will make my whole beverage taste like toothpaste Seeing some of the other reviews complain about it not being minty makes me wonder if they changed it and overcompensated too much. Maybe they can find the right balance? Choczero is my absolute favorite and I love all their products, so I will definitely keep buying but maybe not this one anymore :/

wanted to love this, but not enough pepermint flavor

after opening the bottle, and taking a whiff to see how strong it was, i had to check the label to see if it really WAS peppermint that i was trying! tasted it straight from the bottle, and it was barely minty. so, after using it in my coffee, the taste was practically non-existent. disappointed. the white chocolate, however was REALLY good and strong-no doubt of that flavor!

Best peppermint syrup

I do keto and had not been able to find a “true” sugar free syrup until I found Choczero. Other companies state they are sugar free but have sucralose in them. My only complaint would be that it would be nice to have a stronger lint flavor, more like and extract, but not still the best out there.

I am a year round peppermint lover!

I threw away my other sugar free syrups. I was so happy to see that you guys started doing syrups, especially peppermint! I feel better about a more natural sugar substiture. I do wish the peppermint flavor was a tad stronger!
