Sugar Free Peppermint Coffee Syrup

The peppermint syrup was made originally not strong enough. I actually added peppermint essential oil to the bottle. It is much improved now!! I started to add it in my new bottle and paused because I could smell the peppermint. Sure enough. Thank you for listening to your customers.

I have just begun exploring syrups from ChocZero but I have to say the peppermint syrup is amazing. I’ve had it in coffee and it’s great with a dark roast. I look forward to using it in some hot cocoa!

This is the one flavor that I will not use alone in my coffee as peppermint flavor coffee does not appeal to me. However, white chocolate-peppermint or vanilla-peppermint is great. Wish you had a chocolate flavor coffee syrup to mix it with.

I was really disappointed with this product. As someone who loves anything peppermint-flavored, I had high hopes after being so impressed by the Hazelnut version. Sadly, the Peppermint tasted artificial, and the flavor was too weak. I had planned to use it in my fall/winter drinks, but I’ll be throwing the bottle away.
The taste is unpleasant, and I don’t want to try it again. I'm really sad it didn’t live up to the quality of the Hazelnut flavor.

I was surprised how little peppermint flavor is in this syrup. I just use it to sweeten whatever I am eating that needs a sweet flavor. The almost complete lack of peppermint flavor makes it more versatile but does not fulfill its original purpose. I was thinking of adding peppermint extract to it if I really wanted the peppermint flavor. I got it as a set of flavors on sale so I did not choose it specifically.

I’m not sure if the recipe was changed but I have been using this for awhile now (and LOVE it) but my new bottle did NOT taste the same. It tasted like a menthol cough drop. Drank one sip of my peppermint mocha and felt like I was drinking Vicks.

I used to love this syrup! I used to put it in my coffee and hot cocoas. But the second bottle I ordered tastes completely different, it is VERY strong in mint flavor, so much so that just a few drops will make my whole beverage taste like toothpaste Seeing some of the other reviews complain about it not being minty makes me wonder if they changed it and overcompensated too much. Maybe they can find the right balance? Choczero is my absolute favorite and I love all their products, so I will definitely keep buying but maybe not this one anymore :/

One of our favorite ChocZero syrups! We love it in hot chocolate, chocolate electrolytes, and hot chocolate bone broth with chocolate collagen.

after opening the bottle, and taking a whiff to see how strong it was, i had to check the label to see if it really WAS peppermint that i was trying! tasted it straight from the bottle, and it was barely minty. so, after using it in my coffee, the taste was practically non-existent. disappointed. the white chocolate, however was REALLY good and strong-no doubt of that flavor!
