terrible packaging and customer service

Got a bunch of truffles for gifts and ALL arrived messed up, completely ungiftable!

The truffles packaging on the pictures has a nice plastic inserts that holds the truffles neatly and securely in the box, but their new package is some cheap cookie papers with a thin cardboard. When shipped all truffles are shifted and look like a complete disaster.

When contacted support for return, they refused to accept a return and suggested that I open each box and manually rearrange the messed up truffles and gift these unsealed boxes to people - Completely ridiculous!!!

They were good , and the coconut one was the best .. i personally probably wouldn’t buy them again only because I’m just not a big candy fan anymore.. but they are well worth it if you have a craving for some candy

Delicious. A bit expensive though.

I normally do not like dark chocolate due to the bitterness. All three of these flavors were great and the dark chocolate wasn't as bitter as normal dark chocolate. The fact that they don't use stevia (which contributes to the bitter flavor) makes these great for people like me with a sensitive pallet.

So delicious!

I order these truffles for myself and I eat the whole thing..Gradually..not in one sitting! They are so, so, so delicious. satisfying. perfect dessert that I do not feel guilty about.

Amazingly good!! But melt easily

I have ordered these several times because they are so very good. However, the last batch I got had melted pretty significantly! I would recommend not getting them when your temperatures are high! Even the cold packs couldn’t keep them from melting.

As you mentioned, we pack orders with ice and insulation however shipping chocolate isn't without risk, especially when temperatures are very high. Placing the goodies in the fridge for a few hours will usually firm them up so they can be enjoyed however if you're unable to eat anything due to melting please reach out to our support team and we will make it right.
