These Breakfast Biscuits have become my comfort food and go-to food. I currently have 7 boxes. They melt in your mouth and the combination of oat and vanilla flavor is stunning. In addition, the fact that they are largely sugar free is a real plus.

So good, but not technically GF

These are so yummy, probably my favorite so far. But my daughter has Celiac Disease and I will not allow her to have these. Malt extract is a flavoring ingredient made from malted barley. Barley contains gluten, so malt extract is also gluten-containing.

Thanks for reaching out. We’re using MillMalt® in our Breakfast Cookies, which is a gluten free malt extract. In order to be gluten free the cookies need to be under 20 PPM (parts per million), which the Breakfast Cookies are. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Yummy Breakfast Biscuits!

I am really enjoying the breakfast biscuits. They are great in the morning with my coffee, but I'd also enjoy them as a treat any time. They are not overly sweet, but just sweet enough!

Past my husband's taste test

My husband has been eating fig Newtons for his fiber, which only gives him 2gms but loaded with sugar. When he tasted these, he was eager to switch out the sugary cookies.

Love the Choc Zero breakfast biscuits!
These light, crispy biscuits are great alone and also incredibly versatile.
Recently, I baked a cheesecake using these biscuits as a crust.
For the crust, I used an entire box of Breakfast Biscuits. Crush up the biscuits into tiny pieces (you can also place them in a food processor), add 1/4 cup of melted butter and mix. Then press the mixture on the bottom of your cake pan and bake at 425 degrees for about 5-7 minutes or until the crust turns a golden brown color. Remove the pan from the oven and allow to cool. You now have a sugar-free, gluten-free “keto friendly” crust that you can use in many different deserts. Like I said, very versatile.
