One of the tests of whether or not something is good for Prue Leith of the Great British Baking Show (Bake Off) is whether it is worth the calories. This definitely qualifies. It is low carb and the texture is right on.... nice and short.

Great with tea or coffee.

not bad at all if you’re craving this type of cookie. a bit more dry and crumbly than the typical danish cookies but again not bad for being gluten free. accompanying with milk or tea is a must. there are a lot in the box so this will last me some time.

I used to put Speculous as my favorites but now these hit #1. The texture is good (I do have to re-crisp them at times) and the flavor is perfect. I've tried the chocolate and vanilla sandwich cookies which are ok. ChocZero did something really smart with my last order by providing a small pack of sample cookies for free. The chocolate Jolies could become number 1, but for now, I only have one of the two samples left--which I'm saving. They also included a strawberry and a vanilla wafer cookie. Each was good with the wafer being spot on. I found the strawberry flavor a bit too fakey. The vanilla was good. I also like the animal crackers. I use these when I'm off keto (staying lower carb) so I can't speak to blood sugar stability.
