Almond Caramels

I didn’t really care for the cookies but the candy is excellent. My first time trying the keto bark- white almond and it is soo good. I just love it. Will be buying again

I usually love everything I get from ChocZero. I really enjoyed my first order of the almond caramels, so I ordered again. The second batch I received had a very different texture, more like a hard candy, no chewiness at all. Could be due to a temperature issue but seemed to me like the product had been sitting in a warehouse for months. Won't reorder this one again.

Hi Roberta! We're very sorry to hear your recent order of Caramels were a little on the hard side. I'd first like to reassure you we would never send old or stale products however, as you mentioned, they can sometimes be effected by temperature fluctuations during transit. They can melt and reform during transit which can firm up the caramel. Warming them for a few seconds in the microwave will usually soften them again. These are very soft and yummy

I ordered a couple of boxes awhile ago of your caramels and they were hard as a rock...not soft as promised. So I was a little hesitant to try these. But they were soft and not only that, had almond chips in them which really grabs my heart! Good job!
