My mom is a Cookie Monster. Was hoping she’d open and let me try! Haha! If I get to taste one, I’ll submit my personal opinion.

Taste great, but the texture was not

The taste is wonderful. The texture, not so much. I tried eating a few times. They are very crumbley and not in a way that reminds me of the original.
I'll be using the rest of my package for cheesecake crusts. I think they will be fantastic as a graham cracker crust substitute!
