This 4-ingredient cocoa drink stars our white chocolate chips and is a simple, warm and comforting drink for those times when only chocolate will do. And if you'd prefer milk or dark hot cocoa? Just switch out the chips!

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir constantly until chips are melted.
  2. Add nut milk and vanilla. Continue to cook until heated through.


Optional: Add ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract at the same time as the nut milk and vanilla for a peppermint white hot chocolate!
