4-Ingredient Keto Hot Cocoa Recipe
'tis the season... for hot cocoa! And just because you've given up sugar doesn't mean you need to give up on a staple winter treat. Besides, when's the last time you've had white chocolate hot cocoa?
We've got a delicious and super simple keto hot cocoa recipe developed by Annie at KetoFocus to help carry you through the winter.
This 4-ingredient cocoa drink stars our white chocolate chips and is a simple, warm and comforting drink for those times when only chocolate will do. And if you'd prefer milk or dark hot cocoa? Just switch out the chips!
Makes 2 servings. Macros per serving:

- ¾ cup ChocZero White Chocolate Chips (or milk/dark chips as preferred)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup nut milk
- ½ tsp vanilla
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir constantly until chips are melted.
- Add nut milk and vanilla. Continue to cook until heated through.
Optional: Add ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract at the same time as the nut milk and vanilla for a peppermint white hot chocolate!
