Keto White Chocolate Mocha Coffee
Every year coffee shops around the world make amazing toasted white chocolate mochas for December and January as part of their holiday menu. Here is a low carb drink recipe for a keto white chocolate mocha that you can make any time of the year using our sugar free white chocolate chips!
This coffee drink will make you feel like a low carb barista. It's extra creamy due to white chocolate and heavy cream, but you can substitute it with almond milk or macadamia nut milk for a lower calorie indulgence if you're watching your macros and practicing dairy free keto. You can even make it with our sugar free dark chocolate chips and nut milk if you want to make it completely vegan.
This low carb beverage recipe makes enough for a 24oz Venti, so use less if you want. Then again, nothing feels quite like ordering off the Christmas menu from Starbucks like a giant mug full of espresso and toasty, warm white chocolate--at least this one is keto friendly and easier on the budget!

- ¾ cup sugar free white chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup nut milk
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 shots of espresso
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar free white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir constantly until chips are melted.
- Add nut milk and vanilla. Continue to cook until heated through. Remove from heat.
- Brew espresso.
- Pour white chocolate mixture over espresso.
