'tis the season... for hot cocoa! And just because you've given up sugar doesn't mean you need to give up on a staple winter treat. Besides, when's the last time you've had white chocolate hot cocoa?
We've got a delicious and super simple keto hot cocoa recipe developed by Annie at Keto Focus to help carry you through the winter. This 4-ingredient cocoa drink stars our white chocolate chips and is perfect for those times when you need chocolate, stat!
We love making this with our white chocolate chips--but it works equally well with our milk and dark chocolate chips too!
3/4 cup ChocZero White Chocolate Chips (or milk/dark chips as preferred)
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup nut milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir constantly until chips are melted.
- Add nut milk and vanilla. Continue to cook until heated through.
Optional: Add ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract at the same time as the nut milk and vanilla for a peppermint white hot chocolate!
