Then use our sugar free chocolate chips to create an easy chocolate cinnamon glaze. The best part? These baked keto donuts will cure any donut craving without any of the sugar and carbs of a traditional donut.

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup unflavored low carb whey protein powder
  • 1 ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tsp apple extract


White Chocolate Cinnamon Glaze:



  1. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, xanthan gum, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Add in melted butter, sour cream, hot water and apple extract. Mix until combined.
  3. Pinch off a small amount of dough and roll into between the palm of your hands to form a ball about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a parchment lined baking tray. Repeat with remaining dough.
  4. Bake in a 325°F oven for 6-8 minutes. Let cool completely before adding glaze.


White Chocolate Cinnamon Glaze:

  1. To make the glaze, melt ChocZero White Chocolate Chips in a small bowl with coconut oil at 30 seconds intervals, stirring in between, until melted. Stir in cinnamon.
  2. Dip each apple donut into white chocolate glaze and place on parchment paper to set.
