Very good. Love the orange flavor. I preferred when they were packaged in the 15 in a pouch though. I would think that would be a less costly packaging as well. If the tray format is less costly then don't bother to change it, but if the pouch was less costly, you should go back to that. what % cocoa is in these dark chocolate squares. It should say on the packaging.

No peeling

This chocolate has the best orang flavor, you can almost feel the juice. I eat only dark chocolate, but when I took the first bite... OMG how Delicious!
