I really enjoyed the marshmallow fluff spread. I do want to note it is a little different from the stuff you get at the store. From what I recall storebought is very airy, hollow, fluffy. However this one settles (as any spread would) and has a richer, more creamy texture that has wonderful hints of vanilla. To me it was almost like a vanilla cream. I really liked it but have seen people surprised by this “settling” in other reviews, so wanted to let you know what to expect. Even with the settling it lasts a good while and you do not need a ton since this is fairly rich. We have been eating with animal crackers and fruit, but would be great as a filling/icing on desserts.

I wasn't sure what to think when I saw the bottle it didn't have a good look to it and when I opened it I was right. The fluff deflated and bottle was a quarter of the way empty. It was very sticky and difficult to spread.

Hi Carols! Thanks for letting us know what you think of the fluff. Since fluff's secret ingredient is air, it can sometimes deflate and lose a little volume if it has a bumpy ride to you. You'll see that even full sugar fluff behaves this way, it's just the nature of adding air to a product. You can heat it slightly so it becomes easier to spread! I use the fluff for sugar free Rice Krispie bars and cheerio bars. Also, I mix it with cream cheese for a fruit dip

Exactly what I needed

Did you ever eat marshmallow fluff on a sandwich as a kid? This is the exact thing without all the sugar. It tastes so good on a sandwich with peanut butter.

I ordered this product expecting a fluffy light marshmallow spread. My order was delivered at about 5 am on a very cold morning. When I unpacked the box, I took out the S’mallows Fluff to use right away in Choc Zero hot chocolate. I opened the jar and instead of a soft spread, there was a half jar of dried hardened goo. It was impossible to even STIR let alone spread. When I did manage to pull a taffy-like piece and put in my hot chocolate, it sank like a rock and never dissolved 😳. Big disappointment. I’ll stick to the marshmallows. At least they float.

It sounds like it may have frozen during shipping, which can cause it to harden. We recommend allowing it to come to room temperature and giving it another try. Deflated marshmallow

I bought this product thinking I'd use it in the lactation chocolate cookies I also ordered, to put a marshmallow in the middle and make them like a little sandwich. When I did, I couldn't fill the cookie as much as I wanted, and it didn't really work for that purpose. So, I guess I'll have to use it to add to the hot chocolate I'm about to make...

You'll see that even full sugar fluff behaves this way, it's just the nature of adding air to a product. The good news is the flavor is still the same. You can also mitigate losing the aeration by only stirring when necessary.
