I have loved these chews since day one.
I see that they are now a smaller size bite, kind of half the size of a starburst chew, but still packed with flavor.

Just what I was looking for!

I placed an order w Choc Zero after being a long time lurker to try these. I wanted something small and flavorful I could pop into my mouth for a little dopamine hit that wasn’t chocolate or gum. I would say the texture is right between a starburst and a now and later. It’s nice these are individually wrapped. The watermelon flavor is by far our favorite!

Good but be aware..

These are pretty good. In the keto world, it seems that all treats are chocolate. And after many years, you just get tired of that. My favorite has always been fruity/chewy. But I also wear a continuous glucose monitor occasionally just to see where I am at. I have been low-carb/keto for about eight years so my blood sugar does funny stuff with some types of starches.. just one of these chews will send me into the 140s. So I personally don’t sit around and just eat these. I do carry them in my running belt for clean fuel when I am out on, runs and need something to raise my blood sugar and give me energy.

All of our products are sweetened with monk fruit and prebiotic fiber that are certified low glycemic ingredients, however, as you've mentioned, everyone is metabolically different. We're glad to hear that you've been enjoying the chews during your runs. We've also found that the body can process prebiotic fiber better after a full meal of protein and fat. That can look like having a couple eggs at breakfast with a serving of the fruit chews directly after or pairing it with other products.

Too small apiece

I like the older recipe. One candy is too small and doesn’t satisfy my cravings.

Alternative to Star Burst Chews

I purchased these for my granddaughter, but she didn't like them. Her biggest complaint was that they were "chalky" tasting. And, they were too chewy for her.
