Recipe changed

I've been ordering the strawberry jam preserves for about a year along with other products, both from this website and also from Amazon. I'm sorry to report that the strawberry jam has changed for the worse. What used to taste exactly like any standard (and delicious) sugar-filled strawberry jam is now bitter and has that distinctive fake-sugar taste. I am SO DISAPPOINTED. I have recommended this jam to many people, but I won't do that again.

Our strawberry jam recipe didn't change, but it's possible that you're referring to a batch that we've had about 1-2 months ago which was a bit more tart, as each harvest is a little different depending on weather and season. Something is off

Usually love strawberry jam I order it all the time. The last two jars I ordered tasted off and not good. I don’t know if the recipe was changed but it isn’t like the others I have ordered disappointed.
