Unlike other keto approved jams, we used real ingredients with smart culinary techniques to bring you the perfect substitute. We soak zero glycemic melon pieces in strawberries then blend them together to create a traditional chunky jam texture that's free of added cane sugar. To finish it off, we used chia seeds and prebiotic fiber to help create a good consistency and mouthfeel!

Thanks so much for your review! We're thrilled to hear you love the taste of our Jam. In order to make sure our jam taste that good we use only premium ingredients and no sugar alcohols. With the current cost of ingredients our margin are already razor thin. We only take a modest 10-20 % profit so we can pay fair wages and keep the lights on. I also wanted to clarify that the packaging is a very small percentage of the overall cost of the product so doesn't really factor into the price and it also ensures the glass jars arrive in great condition. We also run sales and discounts regularly so we hope you'll take advantage of those.
