Hard

These two were very hard but I did enjoy the taste I must say, I was hoping that they would remind me of the chocolates that you buy out of the chocolate shops where you bite into them they're soft the nuts are soft and you can just enjoy a good piece of chocolate. I literally was afraid that it might damage my dental work. I had to get them away.

Delicious

The confection was delicious, Milk Chocolate Pecan Clusters. Unfortunately the batch I received was extremely hard and I was worried about my teeth! Just a bit softer please!

First try thumbs down, second try thumbs up

I was excited to try these, and opened them up as soon as I received them! Initially, I thought they were too hard to enjoy. All my orders come packaged well to prevent items from melting (especially in California). I left out the clusters on the counter and tried another one a few hours later. I'm so glad I did, I think because they were so cold when I received them, that made them hard. 2nd try was amazing, and exactly what I expected. I will purchase these again!

Dilemma

I have so much difficulty rating ChocZero because the max I can give is only five stars. They're my guiltless pleasures and soooooo delicious . It's hard to decide which one is my favorite (do I really need to?) as I love them all, including the maple syrup and honey!! Planning on stockpiling the Pecan Clusters, just in case they follow through on the "limited edition" 😋. Everyone on my Xmas list is getting one of these if I can get myself to part with them ; )

These are really delicious 🤤 I am really pleased with the new shipping bag. I’ve had several orders that were melted, these came in a new cool bag that kept everything nice and cool.

They should be soft with a little chew however if they melt and reform in transit the caramel can firm up a little. Warmer then will soften the caramel and we hope you enjoy them even more.

I just bought these last month, so yummy. I do wish that they were individually wrapped.

Good taste, but...

I was so excited to try these. The flavor was good but each one is like a chocolate covered rock! Very hard and difficult to chew; and yes, sticks to your teeth pretty badly.
