Can you have grapes while reducing sugar in-take levels? Unfortunately even black grapes have a high sugar content and are not always keto friendly especially when made into jellies. That's why we prepared our grape jelly spread with our patented cooking process. We use real concord grapes then reduce their sugar by boiling our black grapes with low glycemic melon and chia seeds. Afterwards, we sweeten our berry preserves to a traditional jammy taste using all natural monk fruit and zero sugar alcohols instead of added sugar to further reduce the sugar levels! Each bottle has less calories and over 95% less sugar than normal grape jellies making our low carb fruit spread a delicious alternative.
