2 of the cases so far are hard

I ordered 4 cases and 2 cases so far are very hard coconut balls with very little to no coconut at all on them and they are just not good because they are hard balls. The 3rd case I’m on now and is very fresh and not hard at all and has plenty of coconut on them. 2 cases not fresh at all and 1 case so far is very fresh tasting. I’m giving the last other case to my youngest sister to see how she likes them. I hope it’s fresh because it would be very shameful to give her one for Christmas that is no good.

Hi Tammie! When our truffles are shipped during cold weather, they can get more firm and it's harder to see the coconut in the white chocolate. We have not changed the recipe and we would never ship you chocolate that's past its freshness date. We recommend letting them get to room temperature and trying again. This product is one of my favories but the hard plastic casing has to go! Its too hard to open the products that are made with these cases. I suggest changing the shape of this product to fit into the same type of packaging as your chocolate bars so they will be much eadier to open and enjoy.

Coconut Royal Truffles are Delicious, its your best product!

The coconut royal truffles are delicious, its the best product that you sell. On a side not that your company should be aware of is that I will only buy direct from choczero now because when purchasing through amazon, they don't have your product in as good of condition as a direct buy. I think they don't keep your product as fresh as a direct purchase, I've received product direct from an amazon purchase that was melted and stale. You should really get after amazon this issue plus for how they package your product as well as i have received some that were damaged, the packaging was compromised. They are not a good representative for your product so that's why i will only buy direct from choczero from now on!

Heavenly!

These are probably my most favorite ones of all. Perfectly balanced in flavor. I love all things coconut and these will not disappoint!
