Really enjoy these

I was a little on the fence. Then I ate the second one and fell in love. Crunchy and caramel- y with a subtle shortbread cookie finish. My friend is going to go on low carbs, I must buy her some!

I love these. The most recent batch I've gotten, it seems like the caramel has somewhat crystallized, and I found that it makes it harder to chew and doesn't give you that authentic caramel vibe, but other than that, they're delicious.
