Light and sweet and crisp!

These are the cutest little animal cracker cookies! Animal shapes, with a touch of cinnamon flavor. Sweet and delicious eaten alone, or dip them in one of Choc Zero’s Spreads, it’s like a modern sugar free “Dunkaroos” treat. I love the texture. Not too thick and gritty like other gluten free cookies can be, these are small and a bit thinner than regular animal crackers and I like them better this way! Light and crisp but not too hard or firm like other gluten free cookie textures can sometimes be. These are perfect! Both kids and adults will love them.
