Unlike other keto approved jams, we used real ingredients with smart culinary techniques to bring you the perfect substitute. We soak zero glycemic melon pieces in strawberries then blend them together to create a traditional chunky jam texture that's free of added cane sugar. To finish it off, we used chia seeds and prebiotic fiber to help create a good consistency and mouthfeel!

This strawberry jam is absolutely awesome! Exactly same texture and taste as the ones that are loaded with traditional sugar! I added this to my keto bagel with some cream cheese and I am in heaven!!! I haven't opened the other flavors yet but I suspect they'll taste every bit as good. 10 stars!!!!
