amazing but texture MAY be a problem

SOOO addicting. Great flavor. Really sweet. I’ve ordered multiple times. Haven’t tried baking, just eat out of bag or melt and dip. Only issue is the after-“texture” upon eating from the bag (unknown after baking). I found only one review (stopped after 14th review page), that mentioned this. They are worth it, just be aware IF YOU HAVE TEXTURE ISSUES. There is a chewiness that sticks to the teeth and gums and must be worked off. Almost all reviews say great texture, so maybe it’s just me and the other reviewer. Also, the white chocolate does not spike my blood sugar like some other CZ products. I think it’s because of the fat. Check out the Coconut Royals! I appreciate the recipes and melting tips, too.

I love making candies with this

This is delicious to use in my fudge recipes. Everyone loves it. I wished it was cheaper for us on limited income.

Best white chocolate I have ever had!

This is absolutely the best white chocolate I have ever had. It's smooth, creamy, and is perfect in cookies or just eating right out of the bag.

Excellent Quality

These are as tasty as any white chocolate we've used. It's hard to believe they're sugar free. They melt perfectly.
Belike white chocolate because we're avoiding all caffeine. We have been purchasing these for a while .

Meltdown nightmare.

These white chips were not smooth to begin with, and impossible to melt down into a creamy consistency. I tried twice using a double broiler, the second time using a small amount of cream, and both times the chips melted into a sticky, gritty mess. I like ChocZero white chocolate candy bars, so I'm really shocked the chips were so off. I wanted to make a sugar-free white chocolate dip for keto cake pops, but had to throw it out. I can't understand where I went wrong. I don't recommend these chips for melting.

White chocolate Chips a winner

This is the second time I ordered the large double bag of white chocolate chips to use in making holiday candy or truffle balls. I like having the convenience to easily make something from scratch I feel comfortable in eating.
So simple to melt these white chocolate chips in the microwave with a splash of MCT oil and then after completely melted stir in some applesweetened dried cranberries, flake coconut and chopped nuts to make a holiday festive nut clusters to share.
Yum yum and so easy.
