Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Ghosts

I absolutely love the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Ghosts! My first order three years ago was melted pretty badly even with cold packs. I tried to eat a little to salvage them but ended up having to throw them out. They were weird due to all the melted mess. I reached out to ChocZero and they were gracious enough to replace the order. I received the second order and they were only slightly melted, with cold packs. Nonetheless, this time they were wonderful. So good in fact, I was telling everyone who would listen to me about the ghosts specifically, because I had talked about ChocZero for a few years to people anyway. I ended up ordering more to try to make them last through the year and spent way too much ordering and having some sent directly to my daughter because I just knew she would love them also. I have a few friends who ordered the ghosts specifically and then discovered other products along the way. Well, my daughter's ghosts were melted and a friend told me hers were as well. Nonetheless, they both loved the ghosts. My friend put them away in the freezer to have for as long as she could make them last.

Well, last year the ghosts were not available so I was terribly disappointed. Even with the melting from the previous year, I still would have been happy to have them.

This year, so glad to see them back, I immediately ordered. I mean, surely the ghosts will make it this year without melting, right? I thought, I can take these to a couple parties and share with others...they are going to LOVE them. OMG, all the boxes I ordered (like an idiot) arrived totally melted into a solid block inside the little zippy bag. Every...single...box! I was literally almost in tears. I could not believe this again.! The shipping box had zero, and I mean zero cold packs...in fact, it had one, that is right, one little bubble square in the whole box. I am not even kidding. However, the Dark Chocolate Almond Bark was perfectly fine. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the amount of money I spent on these ghosts. And, I had already talked the dang things up to people but now have nothing to take to the parties. Again, I LOVE the ghosts and wish they were made year around! But the shipping is a nightmare. I do not understand how they got so melted into a solid block and totally indistinguishable as ghosts, yet the Almond Bark was fine. Maybe they are melting before they get shipped. I don't know, but is there a way to pleeeease get it figured out because they are so good?

As a diabetic, I rely on ChocZero to end my day on a high note of deliciousness. These dark chocolate ghost-shaped peanut butter candies are so very cute and so very tasty. I no longer feel sorry for myself that I can’t eat traditional trick-or-treat candy. These Halloween treats are perfect.

I’ve been eating choc zero for a long time and this was my first disappointment. The ghosts were all smooshed into one ziplock bag, which I could have gotten over, but they were quite melted all over each other. They were mailed with ice and other goodies, none of which were melted, so I’m pretty sure they came from the shipping location like that. :( also, this is my first complaint, flavor-wise. The taste and texture were not up to par. It almost tasted like chocolate you found in the back of the cabinet after a year. Not a great experience.

These lil ghosts provide the perfect amount of peanut butter and dark chocolate! They are adorable too !!

Unfortunately the USPS can't read lable and allowed package to heat up. Put them in fridge and still taste great.

These are delicious and satisfy my chocolate craving.

These have a pleasant texture, but I just can't get very excited about the flavors. Again, limiting oxalates so just have one or two pieces.

This was the first item that I received that was not 100% to my liking. They are okay, but I would probably not order them again. They were really melted when I received them as well.
