Yes, they roast and melt just like the real thing! The only thing different about our zero sugar marshmallows are that when they go stale, they will get denser than other products. For this reason, we suggest using them 30 days after opening and keeping them in an air-tight container for storage.

I love marshmallows but need to take care of my sugar intake so found this brand and OMG all of it is delicious... I ate some the marshmallows just by themselves and they are incredibly tasty and the perfect texture and consistency! Need to try them with some hot coco. Happy I found this brand, just need to be careful to not finish boxes so quickly but they are so gooood!!!

Taste just like regular marshmallows

I was pleasantly surprised at how yummy these were! I have a major gluten allergy and site to Bariatric surgery I cannot have any processed sugar because it makes me feel sick. My husband and I wanted s’mores, and I couldn’t believe how these delivered. I bought gluten free Graham crackers and used the Choc Zero peanut butter ghosts with the Choc Zero marshmallows and I could not taste a difference! They melt just like a regular marshmallow and give you that awesome fall feeling just like full sugar ingredients do. Well done!!
