First Bite, Kind of Weird

My husband doesn't care for the peppermint in these cookies. It hits me a bit artificial in the first bite, then it is okay. Peppermint flavor tends to be that way. I make my own ice cream and added them to it and it was delicious. I ordered a second box for MYSELF!

I really didn’t like these. The filling didn’t taste like mint at all and the cookie was underwhelming with an odd texture.
