Strawberry and lemon sandwich cookies

I love both of these! The strawberry filling tastes like strawberry and the lemon filling tastes like lemon. The crunchy cookies complement the fillings perfectly. I missed cookies so much when I gave up sugar. These are won!derful.

A Fruity Twist on a Sandwich Cookie

I only gave 4 stars because I found the strawberry cookies to be too sweet for my taste. I love lemon, and the lemon cookies weren't overly sweet. I like that the cookies come two to the package. They are pretty sweet, so two is enough. The packaging also prevents me from eating too many!

Nice for a quick snack without refined sugar.
