These little biscuits are light, delicious and gluten free. They surpass any of my expectations in a biscuit. So far they have become my favorite. Because good quality and tasty gluten free is very hard to find.

Best Biscuits Around

We started out with blueberry, and are now on the oat flavored. Both flavors are highly recommended. I sent both flavors to someone for Christmas & they loved them as well. Great with coffee, or tea any time of the day. Putting them in my golf bag now for a go-to snack. You've got to try both flavors. I think a strawberry flavor would be fun also...my favorite right now is oat.

Love these! I’m always looking for a crispy crunchy cookie. These are perfect. Although textureally different, the blueberry biscuits reminded me of blueberry pop tarts.
