Great Taste However..

I love the marshmallows as far as taste and texture BUT I guess Monk Fruit doesn't like me as it gave me stomach pain and gas for a day. Had to get rid of the left overs. I'm guessing it was too concentrated in marshmallow form because I can eat the chocolate chips without that strong of a reaction.

These do have a higer amount of fiber in them compared to our other treats, so there's a good chance that might be causing the problems here. In this case, we'd suggest eating the marshmallows in smaller doses going forward. Perfect substitute

We’ve tried other marshmallows and they didn’t melt right but these are perfect for rice, crispy treats or on top of hot chocolate

My kids and even my non-keto husband love these marshmallows!
I even made rice Krispie trreats with them and they were a hit! We will be buying these regulararly.

Good replacement for sugary marshmallows

I bought these before last Christmas and really enjoyed using them. There are a few recipes that call for them and they worked out great.
