Yes, they roast and melt just like the real thing! The only thing different about our zero sugar marshmallows are that when they go stale, they will get denser than other products. For this reason, we suggest using them 30 days after opening and keeping them in an air-tight container for storage.

One of my favorites!

I was thrilled when ChocZero made these. I literally waited years for a business to make sugar free marshmallows. The ones I tried from another brand contained MCT oil and a sugar alcohol that makes my stomach act up. This does none of that. I was able to enjoy this in sugar free hot chocolate and it’s spectacular. There is not much difference comparing these to commercial big brand marshmallows as far as texture and taste. Plus, they don’t cheat you on the amount. We were surprised at how generous the 3 packages were filled. You out did yourselves, ChocZero!

Perfect!

These marshmallows are delicious. The taste, the aroma, even the powdery coating are all indistinguishable from the marshmallows I grew up with. They are a bit firmer than Jet-Puft, but some people prefer that. I think homemade marshmallows tend to be firm. I floated a few in my sugar-free hot cocoa, and they got soft and creamy. Highly recommend!

I prefer the freeze dried version but these have won my husband’s tastebuds. A very close substitute to one of his favorite snacks. Try them both.

Indistinguishable from the Real Thing!

So they look like Marshmallows, they feel like Marshmallows, they taste like Marshmallows, they have the mouthfeel of Marshmallows, and they melt and get dark under fire like Marshmallows. And i mean exactly like Marshmallows! They have no Erythritol or other dangerous sugar alcohols (which cause blood clots and strokes). Need I say more?

I am now officially addicted to these marshmallows. I made the “rice krispie” treat using a keto cereal and these wonderful marshmallows. OMG! I’m in heaven. They are so good and the best part, no need to feel guilty. These will be a constant in my pantry.
