Cannot believe this is Keto

Very good. Tastes like you are having liquid cinnamon buns. I sometimes eat a spoon of it without actually putting on anything just because of how good it is.

This is the best cake filling. It turned my simple low carb yellow cake into a delight and a mild cinnamon flavor! It was the best part of the cake!

Almost TOO good

The cinnamon bun spread will make your eyes roll back in your head. I have to hide it from my husband or there will be none left. I hide it from myself, too, and only use it to spread on high fiber tortillas that I bring to work as a treat during my break. I don't eat it at home because I want it to last longer, and it's GOOD. One treat a day, and I'm in heaven.

I tried putting this Cinnamon Bun spread on a basic keto muffin. It turned out delicious...just like eating a real cinnamon bun roll. I actually look forward to getting up in the morning and enjoying coffee with my cinnamon muffin!

I love cinnamon rolls. I spread it on toast and top it with plain cinnamon and walnuts. Voilà, a low carb cinnamon roll. So yummy!!
