Unfortunately instant hot cocoa does clump more, but we'd recommend stirring the hot cocoa with a fork, spatula or a milk frother as that should help. We also recommend using milk and/or using 7oz water with 1oz heavy cream for a richer, creamier cocoa. Functional as hot cocoa taste wise, but doesn't fully dissolve so you keep getting chunks of powder in your mouth and that's never fun.

Not sweet enough.

This hot coca is very chocolatey, super chocolatey, and once it dissolves it is smooth but I like my coco to taste sweet and this just did not cut it. I even added my own sweetner and it just wasn't what I wanted.
