2 1/4 cups fine almond flour
⅓ cup sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, room temperature
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a muffin pan with 12 silicone or parchment paper muffin liners.
In a large bowl, stir together the almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder.
Mix in the melted butter, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Fold in the keto friendly chocolate baking chips.
