Keto Chai Mudslide Cocktail

Summertime means warmer temps and frozen cocktails! This recipe for a sugar free Chai Mudslide will have you sliding into all the chocolatey yumminess while you're sippin' poolside.

This tea twist on a traditional mudslide cocktail combines all the staples of a classic with a homemade Irish Cream, keto vanilla ice cream, and chai tea. The best part? The double dose of our sugar free chocolate syrup inside and drizzled on top of the cocktail! You can never have enough chocolate, right?!

This recipe comes to us from the mixologist sisters over at @boozykooties! They create fun and easy sugar free versions of our favorite cocktails. The girls made sure that you'll be refreshed and feeling all sorts of decadence in just minutes with this frozen Chai Mudslide!

Makes 2 Chai Mudslides.

Ingredients

Keto Irish Cream:

  • ¼ cup brown sugar substitute
  • ¼ cup strong, brewed coffee
  • ¼ tbsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp almond extract
  • ¼ tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup whiskey
  • 4 oz heavy cream

 

Chai Mudslide:

Keto Irish Cream:

  1. Mix brown sugar substitute with coffee until fully dissolved.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and shake until completely mixed.
  3. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

 

Chai Mudslide:

  1. Line 2 glasses with ChocZero Chocolate Syrup.
  2. Blend together the keto irish cream from above along with the cold chai tea and your favorite keto friendly vanilla ice cream.
  3. Evenly pour blended mixture into each glass.
  4. Top with more ChocZero Chocolate Syrup and sugar free vanilla whipped cream.
