I used to love marshmallow spread on peanut butter sandwiches but had not had one of these sandwiches for years because of the sugar content. SMALLOWS is amazing.... no sugar. Thank you!

Great alternative to the sugar filled one

I add this to Cheerios and make my own marshmallow bars. It has no fat or sugar and tastes as good as the sugar filled marshmallow crème. Also
Has 11 g fiber and helps to meet my fiber target.

I have a wonderful recipe for using this in.

1 cup of peanut or almond butter
1/4 cup to1/2 cup maple syrup choc zero
6 T cocoa powder
1/2 jar of marshmallow creme
Mix well, will be thick, make into balls
I usually get 13.
Refrigerate or freeze.
