We completely understand how important timely updates are. Our delivery notifications are generated automatically based on tracking information provided by the shipping carrier. Once the carrier marks a parcel as delivered in their system, that update is passed to us and triggers the email notification. If that update is delayed or not transmitted correctly, the notification can unfortunately be delayed as well.

As a tip, carriers provide an ETA through tracking that gives you a good guide for when to expect your order. We always recommend following the day-of the delivery too as it’s usually the most reliable and accurate indicator of when your order will arrive.

If your chocolate arrived melted to the point it isn't enjoyable, please reach out to our support team with your order number. We'd be happy to make it right. 🍫
