No, Oreo™ cookies are not sugar free and gluten free. They do have separate options (ie, a gluten free cookie with added sugar), but none that are both free of sugar and gluten. That’s why we made our keto friendly Dunkies! They are sweetened with monk fruit extract instead of sugar or sugar alcohols. They’re also gluten free and great for anyone who can’t have wheat. We also don’t use artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols, such as sorbitol. We don’t like using those ingredients because they tend to have a bad after taste and can cause tummy issues.
